test results for diabetes – do these mean i don’t have to worry about being diabetic?

I had a routine blood test a few months ago and my fasting glucose was 111. so 3 months later i took the test again and it was fasting 95 and my a1c result was 5.3. so this is normal- my question is was the first result a fluke? I have changed my diet a little but still drink moderately and still have sugar in moderation.
