I completed a Complete Blood Count. My White Blood Count of 3.8 was low for the lab’s normal range of 4.5-11.0. My neutrophils percentage of 39.3 was low for the lab’s normal range of 50-70. However, my lymphocytes percentage of 50.0 was high for the lab’s normal range of 20-40. Should I be concerned about my ranges being outside the normal range? I have been taking a daily aspirin for the past few weeks would that affect it?

Well i’m pretty sure the last time i got blood work (about 3 weeks ago) was a CBC. At first i thought my doctor was only checking for allergies, but when my medicine wasn’t making me feel too much better my mom called my doctor and asked if we should get more blood work. But she told us that it wasn’t necessary because they didn’t just check for allergies and my blood count is perfect.
Now my question is, knowing i have a good blood count, does that mean there’s nothing wrong with my blood? Would it come up as abnormal if i had a disease or something? Thanks!
I know it doesn’t specifically test for HIV or things like that. But can i kind of rule that possibility out since its been over 3 months that i’ve had unprotected sex, and my blood count is perfectly normal. I know the doctor wouldn’t specifically say HIV, but wouldn’t lower or higher blood counts lead to getting a test done for it?
