I had a routine blood test a few months ago and my fasting glucose was 111. so 3 months later i took the test again and it was fasting 95 and my a1c result was 5.3. so this is normal- my question is was the first result a fluke? I have changed my diet a little but still drink moderately and still have sugar in moderation.

Does this mean i’m not diabetic? My A1C test result is 5.3 and last time is was normal too. Does the initial high glucose reading because i have a tendacy to be diabetic? The only diet change i’ve made if cutting sodas and only having diet sodas. otherwise i have some sugar around 10g or so but limit it. did i just lower it because of my diet or was the first test a fluke?
they were all 6 months apart and early in the morning around 7:30am.

The concept of measuring blood glucose through the aqueous humor has been researched and tested, but to the best of my knowledge, nobody has proposed a testing device that uses the concept. My design proposes a sonar/infrared “depth gauge” but in all likelihood, this will be unnecessary as the angle of refraction will probably not differ with the angle or amount of fluid that the laser passes through.
like tonight i will be going to sleep around 2am i know that is late but i missed my show earlier so i will test before i go to bed.im pre diabetic with high numbers how many times a day should i test please also is an a1c test of 6.8 bad my number run from 131-306 a day i have only had 3 readings over 300 but there has been a lot over 200 and even more over 126 mark please help !!!
